“Tech Job Fair” hosted by Verdugo Job Center, 9am-12pm
Featuring more than 20 employers looking to hire. Hosted by the Verdugo Job Center.

The Valley Economic Alliance is hosting Valley Hackathon III 9am-4pm in the Downtown GLENDALE Central Library Auditorium.

College and high school students will come together to develop concepts and usable solutions to a challenge that will be revealed at the technology focused competition. Teams will create mobile applications and websites to then present to a panel of industry experts their final ideas, these judges will select the winning teams. First, second and third place teams will receive sponsored prizes. Students will also have the chance to network with apprenticeship sponsors at the event, who are offering internship opportunities to applicable candidates.

The 2nd Annual Glendale Tech Week features talks, panels, site tours, happy hours and networking events. Last year’s event attracted close to 1,000 people.
