20161021bookfest16_sq_wThe Friends have joined with our partners in the city to organize Glendale’s first annual literary event series! The October POPUP! Bookfest will feature FREE multilingual readings and public writing, publishing, and zine-making workshops.

In our walkable city, downtown Glendale destinations will feature a schedule of literary arts events. The series is produced by Glendale Arts in partnership with Writ Large Press, Museum of Neon Art (MONA), Abril Books, the Glendale Department of Community Development – Transit, and the Friends of the Glendale Public Library.
