Glendale City Council and staff reviewed local transportation connectivity in a March 22 “Work Boot” Tuesday Policy Development Session. This was an indepth look at Glendale’s municipal BeeLine service, statistics, ridership and place in the larger regional transit network.
Friends President Elise Kalfayan participated to learn more about transit stops near our library branches. The session featured rides on four Glendale BeeLine buses, and on-board / transit connection presentations by the Community Development Dept., Mobility & Transit Section.
In a follow-up post, we’ll feature BeeLine stops at five of our library locations: Central Library, Adams Square, Casa Verdugo, Montrose, and Pacific Park.
